Dorothy A. Case is the sole shareholder and President of Case Law Firm, S.C. She attended Marquette University where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Philosophy. Attorney Case received her Juris Doctorate from Marquette University Law School in 1985. She has been a creditors’ rights attorney for over 30 years.

Dorothy A. Case is admitted to practice law in the State of Wisconsin and in the United States District Court, both Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin.

Attorney Annemarie D. Case has been a collection attorney for over 10 years. She obtained her undergraduate degree from San Diego State University and her law degree from Thomas M Cooley Law School. Her extensive research and writing skills make her knowledgeable on many complex topics that we encounter in our area of law. She can be found in a courtroom on any given day, anywhere in the State of Wisconsin, advocating for her clients. She attends national conferences on behalf of Case Law Firm, S.C. and is the primary marketing and new business contact at Case Law Firm, S.C.
